According to Forbes, Juventus have immediately stopped all training sessions and put their Under-23 players in quarantine after a trio from Serie C side Pianese tested positive for the Coronavirus.
Juventus announced the decision this evening because the last opponents their youth team played was Pianese, who they defeated 1-0. With the illness spreading in that club, it has affected three players and the team manager.
The Old Lady club has commanded the U-23 players to remain at their own homes until March 8th, but at the same time, the club has informed that none of the U-23 players has shown respiratory ailments yet.
The threat of coronavirus is spreading rapidly across Italy and it has now affected 1,128 people and the death toll near to 29 people. The authorities have stated people should remain indoors and avoid contact with others.
